Do field reps need to install an app or create an account?
No. Reps open a Magic Link in any phone browser and fill the form. There is no app to download and no login to set up. The link is the only thing they need, and you can revoke or close it at any time.
How does the AI photo verification work?
When a rep submits an entry they can attach a photo. An AI vision model reviews that photo against the values the rep typed and the field it belongs to, then marks the entry as Verified or Flagged. This helps you catch mistyped numbers or photos that do not match what was reported, so you can review anything questionable before you trust it.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The rep form is a progressive web app. A rep can open the link once while online, then keep filling and submitting entries with no connection. Entries are saved on the device and sync automatically when the phone is back online.
Is my data secure and private?
Your data lives in your own spreadsheet and account. Reps reach only the specific form you share through a scoped Magic Link, never your account or the rest of your sheet. Admin access uses authenticated login, links can be revoked or closed, and the public form endpoints are rate limited. We do not sell your data.
Can I import my existing Excel file?
Yes. Upload an existing .xlsx file and it opens as a live spreadsheet you can collect against. You can export back to .xlsx at any time, so your data is never locked in.
