Managing your links
Every link you create is listed in Link History, where you copy, revoke, and delete links and manage the reps on each one. Open it from the Link History button at the top of the Magic Link panel.
Link History
Each link in the list shows its label or table range, its expiry date, and its status (for example Open). For each link you can:
- Copy: copy the link URL again to resend it.
- Revoke: shown while a link is Open. Revoking stops the link working immediately. Reps who open it after that cannot submit.
To remove links in bulk, use the Select all checkbox or tick individual links, then click Delete. If any selected link is still active, you are warned, for example that 1 selected link is still active and deleting removes it and stops it working. Confirm with Delete anyway or Cancel. Deleting removes the link entirely.
Managing reps on a link
Under each link is a Reps control. Open it to see the reps for that link and their status:
- Not yet submitted: the rep has not sent an entry.
- Submitted: the rep has sent their entry.
For a rep who has submitted, an Allow resubmit button appears. Click it to let that rep submit again, for example to correct a value. Their form reopens and their next submission arrives as a fresh entry for you to accept.
Revoke and expire
There are two ways a link stops accepting submissions:
- Revoke: you manually stop the link from Link History. It stops right away.
- Expire: the link reaches the expiration date you set (or never expires if you chose No expiration). After the date it no longer accepts submissions.
A revoked or expired link shows Link Closed to anyone who opens it.
Only Open links count toward your plan active link limit, so revoking a link or letting it expire frees a slot. Test links never count. See Plans and usage.
