Plans and usage
Aeluka Sheets has three plans. You can start on Free and upgrade when you need more usage or seats.
Free, Pro, and Team

Unlimited means there is no fixed cap on that plan.
What each limit means
- Ledgers: the total number of ledgers you can keep at once.
- Active Magic Links: how many links can be Open at the same time. Revoking, closing, or expiring a link frees a slot. Test links do not count.
- Entries per month: how many rep submissions your links accept in a calendar month. When you hit the cap, links stop accepting until the month resets.
- Aeluka Agent messages per month: how many requests you can send the Agent in a month.
- Photo verifications per month: how many photo checks run in a month.
Monthly limits reset on the first of each month. A count that cannot be read never blocks you, so a temporary hiccup will not lock you out of your own account.
The Free plan monthly creation caps
On the Free plan there are two extra monthly caps that Pro and Team do not have:
- You can create up to 10 ledgers per month.
- You can create up to 5 links per month.
These count every time you create, and they do not go back down when you delete. So on Free you cannot delete a ledger or link and keep creating new ones past the monthly cap. They reset on the first of the month. Pro and Team keep only the live count limits and never hit a creation cap.
Upgrading
Open Pricing from the top navigation (at /app/pricing) to compare plans and upgrade. Billing is handled through the payment provider secure checkout, and you can manage your subscription from the billing portal. The Usage page (at /app/usage) shows your current plan and how much of each limit you have used this month.
Team seats
The Team plan adds up to 10 member seats, including the owner.
- Invite members with an invite link. You send the link, and they join by opening it. There is no email step.
- Remove a member when they no longer need access.
- Team members share the owner ledgers and work together.
Only the owner manages billing and seats. Members cannot change the plan or the seat list.
