Photo verification

When a rep attaches a photo, Aeluka Sheets can check that photo against what they typed. This helps you catch mistyped numbers and photos that do not match the report, before you trust the data.

How the check works

An AI vision model looks at the photo and compares it to the values the rep entered for that submission. It then records a verdict on the entry:

  • Verified: the photo is consistent with the typed values.
  • Flagged: something did not match, or the photo could not be read.

The verdict is computed shortly after the rep submits, so a fresh entry may show as not verified for a moment until the check finishes. The check runs for real links, and does not run for test links.

Verified and Flagged in detail

  • Verified appears in green. Every field the model could check matched the photo.
  • Flagged appears in red. At least one field did not match, or the photo was unreadable. The detailed note lists which fields did not match, and that note stays in the Pending Entries review, not on the grid, so a cell can never overflow.

A Flagged entry is a prompt to look closer, not an automatic rejection. You decide whether to accept it.

One photo per submission versus one photo per field

You choose the photo mode when you build the link:

  • One per submission: the rep attaches a single photo, and it is checked against all the fields they filled. The entry is Verified only if every field matches, otherwise Flagged.
  • One per field: the rep attaches a separate photo for each field, and each photo is checked against its own field. The entry is Verified only if every field passes; if any field fails, the entry is Flagged.

Use one per submission when a single picture shows everything, and one per field when each reading needs its own proof.

The View Photo and Feedback table (the mirror)

If you turned on Create View Photo and Feedback table in the wizard, Aeluka Sheets keeps a small mirror table on your grid so you can see results without opening each entry. It has up to two columns:

  • View Photo: a link to the photo a rep uploaded for that row.
  • Feedback: the short verdict for that row, green Verified or red Flagged.

You choose where the mirror table goes when you build the link. In the Photos step, the wizard tells you how many rows and columns it needs, then you click Select, draw the area on an empty part of the grid, and click OK. Place it to the right of or below your data so it does not collide with your table.

The photo link appears as soon as a photo exists. The colored Verified or Flagged verdict fills in once the check finishes, so you may see the photo link first and the verdict a moment later.

Table already filled: photo only

If your table already holds all its values and you only want proof photos, use the Step 1 option Table is already filled (reps only upload a photo). Reps then just attach a photo for their row, and verification checks that photo against the values already in the cells.
