My table shows it already has data, or an entry says Overwrite
Aeluka Sheets will not silently write over a cell that already has a value. When an incoming entry would overwrite existing data, it waits in Pending Entries with an Overwrite badge. Open Pending Entries, check the values, and click Accept to confirm the overwrite, or Dismiss to drop it. If you meant the target cells to be empty, clear them on the grid first.
A rep cannot be selected, or it says they already submitted
Each rep can submit once per link. If a rep sees This name has already submitted on this link, that is expected after their first entry. To let them submit again, open Link History, open the Reps panel for that link, and click Allow resubmit next to their name. If a rep name is missing from the Select your name list, they likely have the wrong link, or the rep-name line was set to a different line when the link was built.
The form is missing a field
Only header names that are not the rep-name line and not a computed column become inputs. Check the field was on the field-name line you chose in Step 2, not above the header line (anything above is ignored), and that it was not marked computed in the Auto calculate step. Formula columns are excluded on purpose, because the sheet calculates them. Fix the table or rebuild the link with the right lines selected.
Data is not landing, or it went to Pending
If you expected automatic landing but entries are waiting, the link may have Apply automatically off so everything waits for review by design, or the entry may conflict. An Overwrite or Values do not fit badge holds an entry even when Apply automatically is on. Values do not fit means the table changed after the link was made, so rebuild the link against the current table. Open Pending Entries to see the badge and accept or dismiss.
The Agent says it needs an internet connection
The Aeluka Agent runs on an AI model over the network and cannot work offline. Reconnect and try again. Note this is only the Agent; the rep Magic Link form does work offline and syncs later.
Which cells become form fields
The rep-name line gives the reps. Every other header on the field-name line becomes a form field, except columns that hold a formula or that you marked computed. Computed columns are filled by the sheet, not by reps. So in a Name, Cost, Price, Total table where Total is a formula and Name is the rep line, reps fill Cost and Price only.
How do I collect from the same rep again
For a correction, use Allow resubmit on that rep in Link History. To collect a new round of data from everyone, create a new Magic Link for the table and send it out again. Each rep submits once per link, so a new round means a new link.
Do my reps need an app or account
No. Reps open the link in a phone browser, with no app and no login. They can also fill it offline and it syncs when they are back online.
What happens when I hit a limit
Creating is blocked with a message telling you whether it is an active count limit (revoke or delete to free a slot) or a Free plan monthly creation cap (resets on the first). Monthly usage such as entries and verifications resets at the start of each month.
